Sources and method
Open data is the base
School identity, location, curriculum, fees, and headcounts come from Abu Dhabi SDI open data, MapServer layer 212. The file shipped with Growth is a snapshot whose capture field is 1 January 2025, academic year field 2024, reporting window 1 October 2024 to 31 December 2024. A sync script can pull the same API again. It updates the snapshot fields and adds a history row. It does not delete a school that drops out of a later file.
A rating without a date is not shown
The open-data rating is always labelled with its capture date. A manual verified rating, if an administrator enters one, is a second record with its own date and source. It does not overwrite the snapshot. TAMM is linked so a reader can check the register ADEK actually publishes. Growth does not scrape TAMM.
Contacts stay out of the public directory
The extract includes institutional phone numbers and email addresses. They are stored so a sync stays faithful, and they are not rendered in the directory, on public profiles, in compare, or in the sector view. An administrator can see them on a single school record.
Language of judgement
Growth does not label a best school, a top school, or a bargain. Fee and rating are shown together as a description of one extract. Self-assessment scores are the school's own, dated, and exportable. They are not Irtiqaa grades.
Derived figures are labelled
Analytics divides fields that are already in the extract: students by teaching staff, students of determination by the roll, students by capacity, and national boys plus national girls by the roll. Size bands are Growth's grouping of the student count. Percentiles are calculated inside this file. None of these are ADEK published indices. The October 2025 ADEK totals stay in their own box and are not mixed into the charts. Planning windows on the levels page are estimates, not inspection timetables.
Licence caution
The layer is published as open data. Read the current terms on the Abu Dhabi open-data portal before a commercial reuse. Attribute the source, which this site does on every figure. Do not copy third-party school guides, and do not rehost inspection reports.
