Hazard
- Make the area safe if you can do so without risk.
- Tell the facilities lead the same day and write the place, the risk, and the time.
- The lead sets a fix-by date. If students are at risk today, they act today.
- Close the entry only when the fix is checked, not when it is ordered.
Fire drill
Once a term, evacuate, time it, note who was absent from the roll, and change one thing that went slowly. File the note. A drill that is not debriefed is a walk in the sun.
