Priorities have money or a conscious zero. Arrears have a discreet process. The board sees the same figures as the principal.
Strong
Mid-year, leaders stop spend that is not serving students and can show the classroom effect of what they kept.
Reference practice
A new finance lead can run the month from the written procedure, and families are not surprised by what they are charged.
None of these stages approves a fee. Approval sits with the regulator's process.
